Flying Proms 2025: Private Pods

We are delighted to see the return of our exclusive Pods for this year’s Flying Proms..

 A Pod is the perfect solution for entertaining your guests in a  small private marquee whilst enjoying the Proms entertainment.
Get creative and bring along bunting, flags or other items to decorate your pod however you like!

Available in 3x3m or 3x6m sizes and suitable for between 10 and 20 guests respectively.

3x3m Pod – £350.00
3x6m Pod – £450.00
Bistro Table & 4 Chairs – £40.00
Additional Chair – £6.00

You are also able to purchase two 3x3m pods to have a 6m frontage. If you wish to combine both pods, please email events@shuttleworth.org after your booking.

Please note that these prices do not include entry. Every guest must have a valid Air Show ticket – these can be purchased here.

Pods can be access from 12:00 – 16:00 on Friday 15th August for setup. Pods need to be cleared by 10:00 on Sunday 17th August.
